Seeking Experienced Lead Line Cook

​

Full-time position Tue-Sat. 35-40 hrs a week. Competitive pay.

Occasional need for Sun or Mon availability for special events. 

  • Must have proven cooking experience as a line cook, fine dining preferred. 

  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.

  • Culinary degree preferred.

Job Duties:

  • Setting up and maintaining entrée station with all necessary supplies and food.

  • Preparing food for service utilizing various cutting and cooking techniques.

  • Cooking menu items and daily specials with the rest of the kitchen staff.

  • Maintain a high standard of food preparation and presentation in a timely fashion.

  • Keep a professional and positive attitude with coworkers and guests.

  • Clean and breakdown station and help maintain clean standards of the rest of kitchen.
