Cuisine inspired by Chef Adam Reed's French heritage. Chef Adam comes from a long line of chefs from the south of France. Having worked in New York City kitchens such as the Russian Tea Room and René Pujol, he brings eclectic French-American fine dining cuisine to the Downtown Matthews and Greater Charlotte area in Santé.
