In March of 2001, executive chef Adam Reed and his wife Veronica Reed bought the building and opened Santé. The name was chosen in honor of Adam's French heritage. A Votre Santé is a French toast meaning "to your health" and is used when friends and family gather together for dining or celebrations.

Adam has extensive experience in fine dining beginning with his apprenticeship at René Pujol's in New York City and includes working as a sous chef at the famous Russian Tea Room and at Maxim's in New York City.

We pride ourselves on a cozy, intimate atmosphere and excellent service. Enjoy our candlelit dining room, in a completely smoke free setting, or relax on our year-round patio. We have an extensive wine list and a full bar available.
