Veronica and Adam Reed
Met in New York City, and bought Santé together in 2001.
Veronica is a native of Ireland, but was brought up in England. After living in Chicago, and then New York City, she moved to Charlotte with Adam and their daughter Erin. When they bought Santé, Veronica took over managing the dining room while homeschooling Erin through 9th grade. She loves reading, writing, making art, traveling, and binge-watching Netflix series.
Adam is not only a co-owner, but he is also the executive chef of Santé. He began his culinary career and apprenticeship at Rene Pujol’s classical French restaurant in New York City’s theatre district and worked at such venerable establishments as Tatou’s, Maxim’s, and The Russian Tea Room. He holds an MBA in Business from Wingate University, and enjoys running, biking, and swimming.
