Wine Tasting
We will be hosting a wine tasting on Wednesday, September 27th at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $10.00 per person and light hors d'oeuvres will be served.
We will be featuring wines from Robert Kacher and will have a representative from Robert Kacher as well as Sean Nowak from Prestige available.

Book Recommendation: The Soul of a Chef by Michael Ruhlman. In the first part of the book, Ruhlman observes the rigorous Certified Master Chef exam at the CIA. Then he enters the lives and kitchens of Chef Michael Symon of Lola, and the renowned Thomas Keller of the French Laundry. I am only half way through this book but am enjoying it immensely. It's an amazing insight into the life of a chef.
Congratulations to Chef Adam Reed, MBA. Yes, Adam has completed his MBA program at Wingate University. It was a lot of hard work considering he was working 12 hour days most of the time he was at school.
Wine Tastings: We're conducting a poll to see if anyone would be interested in attending wine tastings at the restaurant. Please email us if you would be interested in attending.
We used to have wine tastings in the past on Wednesday evenings. We charged $10.00 per person for tasting about 5 or 6 wines and hors d'oeuvres.
We would like to know the following if a night other than Wednesday is preferable. Please note: we cannot have tastings on Friday or Saturday evenings as these are our busiest times.
