Sante is located in downtown Matthews, North Carolina. The name was chosen in honor of Adam's French heritage. A Votre Sante is a French toast meaning 'to your health' and is used when friends and family gather together for dining or celebrations. We pride ourselves on a cozy, intimate atmosphere and excellent service. Enjoy our candlelit dining room or relax on our year-round patio. We have an extensive wine list and a full bar available.





Charlotte Restaurant Week

We are participating in the Charlotte Restaurant week starting on July 16th and ending July 25th 2010. Below you will find the menu items that will be available during that time.

Appetizer (choice of one)
  • Gazpacho
  • Mediterranean Hummus Dip - with olive tapenade, roasted red peppers and grilled pita chips
  • Caprese Salad - with locally grown tomatoes and freshly prepared mozzarella cheese and balsamic reduction
  • Three Cheese Spinach and Artichoke Dip - with salsa and grilled pita chips
Entrée (choice of one)
Entrées will be served with freshly prepared locally grown vegetables.
  • Seared Beef Loin Medallions - with roasted fingerling potatoes and a Burgundy sauce
  • Pan Seared Free Range Chicken - with roasted garlic whipped potatoes and an herb chicken jus
  • Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon Fillet - coconut basmati rice tower and an Asian mango salsa
  • Penne Pasta - with seared shrimp, prosciutto, artichokes and olives in a roasted red pepper pesto sauce
  • Vegetarian Entrée - a compilation of various freshly prepared vegetables with choice of potato or rice
Dessert (choice of one)
  • Crème Brûlée
  • Peach and Blackberry Cobbler
  • Sorbet Trio
  • Brownie Sundae
