Santé Restaurant is located in downtown Matthews, North Carolina.  The name was chosen in honor of Adam's French heritage.  A Votre Santé is a French toast meaning 'to your health' and is used when friends and family gather together for dining or celebrations. We pride ourselves on a cozy, intimate atmosphere and excellent service. Enjoy our candlelit dining room or relax on our year-round patio.  We have an extensive wine list and a full bar available.
